Specifically designed to work with a wide variety of medium to lightweight and heat-sensitive (foam) display boards, the DES-4 foam enhances your substrates with an inexpensive, yet durable decorative edging while at the same time adding protection againt edge damage and warping of boards.
Innovative design features, combined with Drytac's Edge Secure™ adhesive allow the DES-4 Foam to apply Drytac PVC and ABS edging on boards ranging from 5mm (3/16") to 45mm (1 3/4") in a variety of colours, to both foam and solid-centred display boards such as Gatorfoam®, Forex, MDF, Foamex & Chipboard and even 10mm (3/8") foamcore.
This sytem decreases the need to keep stock of multiple boards with different foam core types or face material colours and also allows the use of recycled boards, as all types will look equally finished once enhanced and protected by the DES-4 Foam Edging System.
Edging can be applied to boards that are virgin, UV or screen printed that have been produced on flatbed printers, pre-coated with an adhesive and even those that already have images mounted and laminated.
