A smooth coating of Drytac’s aqueous acrylic adhesive on both sides of a 3.0mil white polypropylene film carrier. The additional thickness of the carrier reduces “orange peel” by concealing minor imperfections in the substrate. BestMount DS Plus is protected by a new non-slip release liner, so stacks of pre-coated boards can be stored without slippage. It also benefits from moisture stable release liners on both sides.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS: BestMount DS Plus is ideal for mounting thin output media to dark substrates, such as black GatorFoam®. This is the adhesive of choice for mounting high gloss output as its 3.0mil carrier will minimize “orange peel”. Also ideal for the production of pre-coated boards: the adhesive’s new nonslip release liner allows boards pre-coated with BestMount DS Plus to stack safely without slippage.
