Designed to economically simulate frosted or "etched" windows such as those produced by special sandblasting techniques, WindowFX Emerytex™ UV is almost indistinguishable from the real thing. Logos, graphics and any other custom shape can be cut out by hand or with a computer-aided plotter. This film is also printable on most UV flatbed and light solvent roll printers, resulting in sophisticated graphic visuals that combine colour with a compelling frosted translucency. WindowFX film is applied to clear substrates in the same manner as conventional adhesive-backed vinyl films. The matt finish is scuff-resistant and able to withstand fingerprints and abrasion. It is widely used for restaurant dividers, architectural elements, windows and mirrors.
